The Inclusive Dashboard gives you the opportunity to automate "welcome" emails and opting reminders. Navigate to Email Options to set these automated course emails.
From here, you can create a customized welcome message for your course members. You have the option to automatically re-send the welcome email at the end of the course period, as well.
Email Options also allow you to create a custom opt-out message and decide whether or not you want to send it automatically to students 48 hours before the add/drop date. For students who need further assistance, you can choose to include RedShelf's contact info, your contact info, or both! Remember, you can use Mail Merge tags to tailor these emails to fit each course. When you've finished drafting your welcome message and opting reminder, hit Save Changes.
