The eBook uploaded to RedShelf.com is often the source file that the publisher uses to print the physical book. This means any media, links, publisher product/access codes, CDs, lab manuals, etc that might have come bundled with the physical book are unable to be appended to the digital version for formatting and copyright reasons.
On the product page, we have a note under the Add to Cart button to remind you before you purchase. It reads: Note: We do not guarantee supplemental material with textbooks (e.g. CD’s, Music, DVDs, Access Code, or Lab Manuals).
Some supplemental materials can be found for free on the publisher's website, so be sure to check and see if they have that content available.
If your eBook does not have the supplemental materials you need, see if you qualify for a refund!
And don't hesitate to submit a request if we can further clarify or help with anything else!
