The eBook uploaded to RedShelf.com is often a "source file". This is a file the publisher uses to print the physical book. This means the eBook may not have the media, links, publisher product/access codes, CDs, lab manuals, etc. that might come with the physical book. Again, this is because of the formatting of digital eBooks and copyright reasons.
On the product page, we have a note under the Add to Cart button to remind you before you purchase. It reads: Note: We do not guarantee supplemental material with textbooks (e.g. CD’s, Music, DVDs, Access Code, or Lab Manuals).
You can find some supplemental material for free on the publisher's website. Be sure to check and see if they have that content available.
If your eBook does not have the supplemental materials you need, see if you qualify for a refund!
And don't hesitate to submit a request if we can further clarify or help with anything else!
