Additionally, RedShelf cannot fulfill refund requests if more than 10% of the product has been viewed and/or if any page(s) of the product has been printed.

Publisher Access Codes
Refunds for McGraw-Hill access codes are permitted if requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Refunds for Cengage access codes are permitted if requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Inclusive Access students should contact their institution about any refunds regardless of usage or first access. If the add/drop date for your course has already passed, your institution has been charged and might not be willing to process a full refund, if any.
