If you're experiencing issues redeeming your code for an eBook on RedShelf, don't worry - your book hasn't been stolen or lost. There are three possible explanations:
- Your school bookstore might have redeemed the code on your RedShelf.com account. Visit redshelf.com and try logging in with the email address you gave the bookstore. You may need to reset your password.
- You could have already redeemed that code under a different account. You could be signed in with your personal email, but a week ago you redeemed the code under your school email? Or the bookstore you purchased from redeemed your book for you, on the email address they had on file?Give these steps a try with some of your other email addresses!
- For the sake of accuracy, ensure that RedShelf is the eBook provider that needs to fulfill your order. Your bookstore might use other providers. We don't like it, but we get it.... We're not jealous.
- For some odd reason the bookstore refunded your purchase on accident which invalidated the product. When this happens please send us a clear high-quality picture of your receipt by clicking the link below!
