Due to these security measures, some transactions may need special attention from our Accounting Team:
- Card / Location mismatch: your card is registered to an address in a country that your current location does not match. Please ensure you have attempted your purchase while signed into a RedShelf account and reach out to email@example.com to help clear the error!
- Postal Code errors: We are still collecting new postal codes from Canada, so please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your postal code and we will add it so you can re-attempt your payment.
