Due to these security measures, some transactions may need special attention from our Accounting Team:
- Card/Location mismatch: the country that you selected in your billing address does not match your current country. Please check it and ensure you were not using VPN or other software that changes your IP address when you attempted your purchase. If the problem persists, Submit a Request to our customer experience team.

Postal Code errors: Make sure you input the correct postal code. If you are ordering from Canada, please note that RedShelf is only available for sale within the United States of America. If you are attending a US-based institution from Canada, we might be able to make an exception, in which case, please Submit a Request to our customer experience team.
- If you hit the error message, there is a possibility that a pending charge might be added to your account. This charge should clear within 1-2 business days. If it does not clear, please feel free to reach out and we can confirm the status on our end before referring you to your financial institution.
