This error occurs when the publisher has made an adjustment to either the rental duration or price, which generates a new SKU in our Catalogue File.
RedShelf sends a Catalogue File through our FTP nightly, so any changes independently made by publishers are synced within 24-48 hours. It's bleeding edge, but it can cause some hiccups if your POS isn't kept in step.
Please reach out to our Support Team to receive the details of the correct Catalogue File entry. Ultimately this is an issue that your POS system's support team needs to also help rectify. Perhaps they kept the old SKU or duration, perhaps they did not yet ingest the changes -- whatever it is, they'll be of best help once we get you the right catalogue file entry.
