First, let's make sure you're in the right place.
Are you looking to purchase access to a digital title for a group of students? RedShelf's purchase order, or "PO," process is the best way to do that. This is a process in which you place an order with our team and we send you a list of access codes in a spreadsheet along with an invoice. You can then distribute the access codes to anyone who needs them as well as instructions for how to redeem them.
If you are looking to find out if a title you would like to purchase is in our catalog, please go to https://redshelf.com/ and search the ISBN or title. At this time, RedShelf does not sell digital access codes or print-on-demand titles outside the United States.
- If you are in need of a quote in order to generate your PO, please email po@redshelf.com with the subject line “Quote Needed.” In the body of the email, please include the ISBN(s), title(s), and duration(s) of the product you wish to purchase. Our team will send you a quote as soon as possible.
- If you already have your PO and you are ready to order, please email po@redshelf.com with the subject line “Ready to Order” and attach your PO. In the body of the email, please include the ISBN(s), title(s), and duration(s) of the product you wish to purchase.
- If you are looking for help with something that hasn’t been listed here or have questions about this process, please email po@redshelf.com with the subject line “Something Else” and we will do our best to assist you.
Items to Note
- RedShelf does not accept credit card payment for tax-free purchases.
- All PO purchases are tax-free with a current W9. If you have a W9 on file with us, you don’t need to send it again. Currently, a PO is the only way to purchase items tax-free outside of an Inclusive Access program.
- Please be sure to include the desired duration of the ISBN/title when there is more than one duration option. You can always check the duration options by searching the title on https://redshelf.com/.
- Purchases are refundable as long as they have not exceeded their duration, the code has not been redeemed, or less than 10% of the content has been viewed and 0% has been printed.
- If you are a new customer, once we receive and process your order we will send you an invoice. Your codes will then be released to you after we receive payment on that invoice.
