We recommend including information about your school's Inclusive Access program in your syllabus. Your students will better understand the IA program, trust that they’re getting a fair price for their course materials, and know how to access them. We've put together a syllabus blurb template you might find helpful!
Your bookstore or Inclusive Access coordinator can confirm the custom info to insert in the brackets.
[COURSE] is participating in the [INCLUSIVE ACCESS] program this term. All you have to do is log in to [LMS] and navigate to the course. Please visit [SCHOOL'S [INCLUSIVE ACCESS] info page if you have one] to learn more about [INCLUSIVE ACCESS] and digital materials.
To avoid the charge for [INCLUSIVE ACCESS], you must opt out of the program. You can do this using the opt-out link in the course on [LMS] by the add/drop deadline on [DATE]. If you opt out, you are still responsible for getting the materials in another manner.
Please contact [SCHOOL BOOKSTORE] at [EMAIL] with any questions about Inclusive Access billing. Visit solve.redshelf.com with questions about account access or the eBook platform.
