We recommend including information about your school's Inclusive Access program in your syllabus. Your students will better understand the IA program, trust that they’re getting a fair price for their course materials, and know how to access them. We've put together a syllabus blurb template you might find helpful!
Your campus store or Inclusive Access coordinator can confirm the custom info to insert in the brackets.
[COURSE] is participating in the [INCLUSIVE ACCESS] program this term. All you have to do is log in to [LMS]! Please visit [SCHOOL'S [INCLUSIVE ACCESS] info page if you have one] to learn more about [INCLUSIVE ACCESS] and digital materials.
To avoid the charge for [INCLUSIVE ACCESS], you must opt-out of the program by the add/drop deadline on [DATE]. You can do this using the opt-out link in the course on [LMS]. If you opt-out, you are still responsible for getting the materials elsewhere.
