Configure Your CSV File
To manage your access codes, you must supply your Partner Dashboard with a .csv file. Here are the steps you will take to properly configure your .csv file for a successful upload:
- Open a blank workbook in Excel
- Paste your access codes under column A
- Note: you will not need to include a header, and the file must only have one column. See example below:
- Select File on the top left corner of your screen
- Click Save As
- Under Save as type, select CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv)
- Note: This must be a CSV file or the codes will not load.
- Name your file and choose where to save it
- Select Save to complete
Now that you have properly configured your .csv file, you are ready to add your access codes!

Once you have completed these steps, you will see a confirmation modal populate. It may take some time for your code to load into the system. Check back in a few hours to make sure your codes are added properly.
