Select "Term Management" from the left menu bar to view your terms. Click "Add Term" to start a new term for Adopt.
Enter the term information and click "Create."
To configure, upload the course list file that was exported from the SIS, Inventory Management or other system. Alternatively, download the example file as a template. Click "Continue."
The configuration tool maps fields from the course list file to the fields in RedShelf Adopt. Example data for each field is provided for convenience. Click "Continue."
The file will process and a confirmation screen should appear. Click "Create" to complete the process and import the term data in Adopt.
The term will appear in the "Term Name" list with status information about the import. Depending on the size of the file, this may take time to complete.
Select the Adopt item on the left side menu to navigate to the Adopt Dashboard.
