How to Fill Out the Physical Item Return Form
When you click on “Submit a Request” and choose the support form “I want to return a physical item”, this is the form you will see.
Please fill out this form as thoroughly as possible, and our support team will send a shipping label over as soon as we can.
Finding Your Order Number
To generate a return label, we need your order number and title of each book. You can find your order number on the subject line of your purchase receipt.
Navigate to your account through canvas or https://maryville.redshelf.com and select "My Account." Next, click on Order History located in the top right corner of your screen. A list of all your purchases will appear:
Once you submit your request on RedShelf Solve, a RedShelf support team member will email you with confirmation of your request and follow up with the return label!
How To Use Your Return Label
So now that you have received an email with a USPS label as an attachment, let’s get your box shipped!
Print the label, and tape it back onto the box your books came in. Need a box? The Post office will have any size you could dream of!
Once the box has been picked up by the Postal Service you should be good to go! It may take as many as 10 calendar days for our system to receive and process your book return.
