If you are an Inclusive One Fee student and are experiencing an error while checking out (one which tells you to "Contact Support"), it is likely because you have an item in your cart which is requiring payment -- which, if you're Inclusive One Fee, does not need to be paid!
How do I know I have an item I shouldn't have in my cart?
If any item has a price next to it, then that shouldn't be in your cart.
This would cause the error! Please remove the item from your cart to proceed.
How do I get the courseware if I remove it from my cart?
When you're in 'My Courses', you probably got to an 'Acquire Code' button:
That button adds the item to MyShelf.
After you click 'Acquire Code', simply click your name in the top right corner and select 'My Shelf'.
