eBooks are refundable within 14 days of the first day of access, or 30 days after the purchase is made, whichever occurs first. Additionally, RedShelf cannot fulfill refund requests if more than 10% of the product has been viewed or if any page(s) of the content has been printed.
Print Materials (Including Print-On-Demand)
Print materials, including print-on-demand products, are non-refundable.
Physical items returned within 7 days of your course start date are eligible for refund, minus the cost of shipping.
Publisher Access Codes
Refunds for McGraw Hill access codes are permitted if requested within fourteen 14 days of purchase.
Refunds for Cengage access codes are permitted if requested within 14 days of purchase.
